To learn more about Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, please visit our website at biodynamichealthsystems.com. To make an appointment, please call (773) 789-7143.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle form of bodywork based on osteopathic philosophy in which light touch is used to release tension deep in the body. BCST enhances the function and organization of the central nervous system and is an effective treatment for numerous medical problems associated with stress, trauma, and physical pain. Additional benefits include: improved self-regulation and general improved sense of awareness and function. What to expect: Clients remain fully clothed, and light touch is applied to the body. Once the practitioner is engaged with the body and the movement of the overall nervous system there is generally a deepening and settling sensation followed by an overall sense relaxation and stillness. Sessions are 45 to 90 minutes long.
